The following policies are designed to provide a clear and transparent shopping experience.

Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States only. We do not offer International shipping at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. NŌWKA BOTANICA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Natural Ingredients

Our products are handcrafted using naturally derived botanical ingredients.

Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, scent, and appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations are expected and do not affect product quality or performance.

Product Care

To maintain the quality of your products:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Keep lids tightly closed after each use.

  • Avoid introducing water into products unless directed.

  • Use clean, dry hands or a cosmetic spatula when applicable.

Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Discontinue use if irritation develops.

Patch Testing

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.

Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
